Refund & Cancellation Policy – Kayalar Resort

Effective Date: November 12, 2025

We understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy ensures fairness for both our guests and our resort operations.

1. Room Booking Cancellation

  • Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3–7 days before check-in: 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 3 days of check-in: No refund.
  • No-show (failure to check-in): No refund.

2. Early Check-out

No refund will be issued for unused nights after check-in.

3. Modifications

Date changes are subject to availability and may incur rate differences. Requests must be made at least 5 days before check-in.

4. Group or Event Bookings

For bulk or group bookings, cancellation policies may vary and will be specified during booking confirmation.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.

6. Force Majeure

In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen events, refunds or rescheduling options will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
